[Notice] Address Confirmation Notice for Delivery of Signed CD (For orders during : 2020.1~2021.8)

Hello, this is Mwave.
We are very sorry that the delivery of your order has been delayed for a long time due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

So far delivery has not been smooth depending on the option of delivery, situation in Korea and other countries, etc. However, Mwave has secured a possible delivery method and so we will be delivering the signed CD you have ordered (with no additional charge to the customer).

First, we would like to confirm the address where you will receive your product before we start delivering.
Mwave shipping agency Revelogis (revelogis.com) will send an email to the email address you entered at the time of your order, so please check your email and reply to us whether the delivery address is correct by the period specified below.

Recipient Address Confirm Period: ~ until November 18th.

If you don't remember the email address you entered at the time of your order or if you can't access or log in to the email, you can leave your order number and shipping address through Mwave Customer Center (MY PAGE > Q&A).

To customers who do not reply back stating a change in address by November 18th, we will ship your order to the original address you entered at the time of your order.
Mwave is not responsible for any occurrences that may happen due to failure to enter the correct address or change to the preferred address.

The delay in delivery of the product is due to the reduction of flights and the inability for overseas shipping due to the force majeure situation, COVID-19 pandemic, therefore, requesting for a refund due to force majeure reasons is not possible. Also, we hope you understand that the artist signed CD you purchased is a custom-made product that the artist signs as much as the quanitity ordered after removing the packaging of the finished CD product, so you cannot cancel or refund the order after the end of the order period.

Please note that this information was notified on the website terms and conditions and the product detail page, and the customer agreed to the information at the time of payment, so refund is not possible.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the delay in delivery, and we will try to minimize the incovenience caused.
